be honest. Hard to meet people in reality. So this is great opportunity. Shows personality. 2-3 hours together. It happens for sure

23 repeat customer sales...could be lease 3 years ago into new lease. Or wife buying car I sold husband or vice versa...or maybe son/daughter buying car/or even referral customers/ friends of mine/ ext
9 regular family sales...husband wife, nothing crazy, pretty normal
1 single woman...she is a state trooper

i haven't had a good looking customer in a while. We joke at work I'm due for one. Obviously all luck based on who walks on and who greets them

a hot single girl coming in with her mom is the best sale ever. flirt with both mom and daughter, maybe they need to talk to Dad before finalizing, but 95% of the time you are with daughter and mom

a hot girl with her dad is harder for sure because dad is protective and making sure she isn't getting fukked by the dealership as well as making sure daughter is happy and can afford vehicle

open BK, forclosure, horrible credit that gets declined, negative equity, buried in vehiles

cash buyers, rich buyers, millionaires, multi millionaires.

last week I delivered a car to a 7 year NFL player who played in the 80s. 6 years for Colts and 1 year for the NYG

this was my 2nd car I have sold him, he is a friends with my sales manager.

doctors, lawyers, military, literally all types of people buy cars

I have sold 2 cars to a 100% deaf man. Super nice and his wife. We typed/texted our whole conversation and sold him vehicles. Disabilities don't mean they aren't functional humans.

Customers in wheel chairs, we work with mobility works to get conversion van set up with lifts and alternative steering wheels.
