This is how I addressed the WagerWeb situation, but I was calling them on
the phone as well. You have to talk to them with unpleasant force when they try to delegate the issue. Along with the help of BMR & that thread I created when they tried to stiff a lot of money I was able to get every single penny that I won fair & square just like BigJay did with heritage..

Something I didn’t mention earlier was when I was talking with Cecilia this morning and was finally at my wit’s end when she kept repeating over and over “You still a rollover of $4,830 to meet, Is there anything else I can help you with?”

@BigJay this could take up to a week to get ironed out from experience so like I said, let’s stay patient and see how they respond. If I was in charge of the disputes, this thread would be stickied at the top of this forum until we get a resolution and if we don’t get a resolution, then they would get a downgrade.

Also, DJ, I see you also have a pending baller request sent last week under BAS, but I believe you are already a baller under Sportsbetting. So, this request might likely be rejected, but let's wait for the update.

I simply dont get Heritage’s position at all on this one.

I mean - obviously it’s moved quickly so management may not even be aware of the issue yet - but just another great example of staying on top of your business.

You think it’s going to be a quiet day - just 1 NBA game tonight - a couple of minor bowl games and decent college hoops card - but then something like this blows up over $500 freaking dollars.

Not exactly the message I’d want out there about my business carefully built image days before college football playoffs start and right before the biggest betting weeks of the NFL and hoops - especially when you could have stopped it with a quick call and for - few hundred bucks.

Now your in a tight spot - you either have to admit your wrong and look stupid and invite every moron out there posting “Heritage is a fraud” threads alleging they changed their wagers or other non-sense or you continue to deny/defend and piss off your biggest clients potentially.

The whole WagerWeb thing I at least got - 89k is probably a good days take for a large operation - it was worth at least trying to argue for a minute (no matter how clearly in the wrong they were) - but $500 ? C’mon man - that’s a low level deposit. Do the right thing - move on and don’t cost yourself dollars arguing nickels.

The $18 thing - well Heritage casino doesn’t post until the following day the way it is set up - so they can’t see non-posted plays until it updates the following day. But they should be able to clearly see on their end no play history and a negative $18 and know that’s just the unposted play net - not gross. Clearly no reasonable person takes a $250 bonus and agrees to lose $2500 or 5k (which is likely the correct RO to make as the promo was a match offer so 250+250 x 10).

Thank god PB’s status has been approved - was worried we were going to have to start rioting for justice for Bateman.

I could care less about baller status. Just mocking the situation of posters getting upset over such a minor thing being handled slowly. Like I’ve said - BMR has to have a way to pay bills and staff too - so I support a sponsor and click the banners so they get a little affiliate kickback.

To me - it’s simple - if you don’t like BMR - don’t post here. Plenty of other forums who would love to see someone posting as they are virtual ghost towns. Otherwise - just let it be and know it may be handled one day - but you didnt lose a dime because your stupid status didn’t get updated as quickly as you would have liked.
