I like your style you keep it real and you speak up on situations that need to be addressed at BMR. Look, I know nothing is perfect in life. At the end of the day, I think both of us at the very least try to make this place a little more presentable with what is right and what is fair.Do I need to notify FlyingIllini and let him know there was a violation of the Poster Abuse Act?
Communication is everything in life and without it, we crumble as a society. That goes for online and in real life.Like I’ve said - I am certain working anywhere in this industry you deal with a lot of bitching/moaning and otherwise unpleasant people.
There a reason why when the casino came to town and I was sent to dealer school for a few weeks for free I came back and said - thanks but no thanks - I don’t care what it pays / it’s not for me.
I mean I took a job working as an insurance man in the worst neighborhoods the city had to offer - routinely getting yelled/cussed at and occasionally having a gun pulled on me because someone wasn’t getting what they wanted and I still felt I made the right choice going with a less stressful job.
But yea - on this one I’m 100% in the posters corner. Like I said - if someone at Heritage wasn’t asleep at the switch - they could have stopped this runaway train.
Same thing with BMR - I’m not suggesting they have any fault in this (they don’t) - but if there was an active liaison between the forum and the book - a simple PM saying “let me look into this and make a call” would have likely stopped this whole thing until it could be resolved.
Makes me miss the “good old days” of offshore all the more. I’ve said it before - you didn’t have issues like this when guys like Scotty at BetJam were around. Hell - even Cheers Jon knew enough to keep stuff like this from happening.
Yeah it’s gonna take some time. I waited an entire week dealing with WagerWeb until I created a thread. Then it took another few days after that to get a final decision.7 hours since first email sent to Heritage

Here is the canceled withdrawal yesterday 12/17/2024 with the reason given as “only $150 of $4996 rollover met”We will speak with Heritage on this, looks straightforward.

Whenever there is more than one human involved - in this case two agents, plus different convos, mistakes can happen. What's important though is the books who get it right and resolve it fairly in favor of the player, who in good faith attempted to fulfill the terms as he understood them.So due to "the inconvenience that this caused you" they will payout???
Id say dump em, your play from here on out will be rejected constantly and price/line changes every 4 seconds against you.
