I took the link to this chat and emailed it to Heritage with my account number and password - and asked them to forward it to someone in upper management - someone who’s familiar with BookmakersReview

We will see.

Still holding out hope Heritage comes to reason and pays me the $631 they owe me

Sounds like you are right here. I would open a complaint form and see if more can be credited your way.

Expectations seemed clear what was needed when you made the deposit. You met expectations and then even gambled beyond it on something else. At least you weren’t just trying to barely make a rollover and cash out right away.

Exactly. I met my casino rollover first exactly as instructed then really struggled if I wanted to wager my winnings on the Vikings game.

When I hit that one I was obviously thrilled knowing I was in line for a $631 payout.

Not thousands of dollars like some here earn. But as my buddy @JDS knows I am happy to grind out a nice little profit each week if possible

I’m not a big bonus guy either.

That’s why I spent 10 minutes on the phone yesterday in the above attached phone call talking to Carlos finding out all the specifics and details.

And I was told apparently the same thing @djefferis was.

I followed everything he told me to a T. Met the Heritage roll as discussed.

And then was denied my payout by rude customer service

This was always the problem I had with Heritage in the past before they did some of their image and customer service about-face several months ago and seemingly started to get back on track.

Their customer service reps were always rude. Just like in my case here.

And no matter what the case. No matter much proof and logic you throw their way. The customer service reps at Heritage always seem to try and make you feel like whatever problem there is, is your fault.

When you can obviously see just based on the screenshots of live chat I posted above, as well as what @djefferis has said, it’s the Heritage customer service reps that are incorrect and confused in this case.

That’s why I was thinking the casino games he played might have been those that only count a minuscule amount on the dollar amount wagered towards rollover

I can’t tell you how many casino bonuses i was about to deposit for until I saw the small print in which certain games only account for small amounts on the dollar towards the rollover and with some books don’t count at all
