Exactly. I met my casino rollover first exactly as instructed then really struggled if I wanted to wager my winnings on the Vikings game.Sounds like you are right here. I would open a complaint form and see if more can be credited your way.
Expectations seemed clear what was needed when you made the deposit. You met expectations and then even gambled beyond it on something else. At least you weren’t just trying to barely make a rollover and cash out right away.
Only thing better than losing is losing without taking a bonusIt’s why I was never a red tape player no bonuses ever
That’s the funny thing JJ.It’s why I was never a red tape player no bonuses ever
Let’s hope they do the right thing here and they pay you the money that you won fair and square according to their “word”. If they don’t pay you, then this book should be downgraded with their rating. I want this to cost them more money than what it’s gonna cost you because I for one won’t play there if they don’t pay you.Exactly. When I hit that one I was obviously thrilled knowing I was in line for a $631 payout.
Not thousands of dollars like some here earn. But as my buddy @JDS knows I am happy to grind out a nice little profit each week if possible
I did that here. Only to get stiffed on my $631 payout
I expected more from a book like Heritage. I’ve really talked them up of late too
If my boy @BigJay doesn’t get his money then this book is blacklisted for me, and I encourage the rest of the members here that play there to follow my lead along with BJ because he won’t play there ever again either trust me.
Hopefully the come through.Let’s hope they do the right thing here and they pay you the money that you won fair and square according to their “word”. Agree the $18 part is strangeCustomer service and the "manager" seems to be confused, especially sticking with the $18 story.
@djefferis was quoted the exact same as me.Agree the $18 part is strange
That’s why I was thinking the casino games he played might have been those that only count a minuscule amount on the dollar amount wagered towards rollover
I can’t tell you how many casino bonuses i was about to deposit for until I saw the small print in which certain games only account for small amounts on the dollar towards the rollover and with some books don’t count at all
I love how you handle this.
