Huge 5-1 Saturday and it was almost 6-0 but ultimately a 72 point 4th Quarter in the Nuggets/Clippers game wasn't enough to send the game over the total because of both teams struggles offensively in the first half. Still though I'll definitely take a 5-1 day any time because when you have that much volume going you almost expect to lose a couple here and there hoping to break even at the end of the day. Now I will study the NFL card and hope to keep it going tomorrow.

NFL
Indianapolis Colts +5 -109 1.09u to win 1u
Cleveland Browns +9 -117 1.17u to win 1u
Chicago Bears -2.5 -113 1.13u to win 1u
Cincinnati Bengals -2.5 -109 1.09 to win 1u

Ok I'm going with these four plays in the NFL tomorrow. First up I like the Colts catching 5 points against the Texans. I think this game will be a tight game between two divisional foes who know each other pretty well and will be well prepared for this game. I think Houston's offense will struggle again without Nico Collins in the lineup and as a result I think the Colts are a live dog in this one so I took the points here with the Colts.

Next up I took the Browns in another divisional matchup against the Ravens. I think the Browns will play better with Jameis Winston under center and he will get their offense going. They still have a solid defense and I feel like even though I have the Ravens rated pretty high I think this will be a competitive game and 9 points feels as though it's too much. Now the Browns may get steamrolled here but I think the next man up mentality will cause them to rally around Jameis and give the Ravens all they can handle.

My next play is on the Bears to cover the spread against the Commanders. Washington opened up as the favorite but that changed with the Jayden Daniels rib injury news. He may or may not play in this one but I still like the Bears whether he does or not because I think the Bears defense will be able to shut the Commanders high powered attack down. I like their chances even more of doing that if Marcus Mariota is the starter but I think the line flipped for good reason and I pounced on the Bears when it dipped below a Field Goal again because I think they win and cover here.

Last but not least I like Joe Burrow and the Bengals to cover against the Eagles tomorrow. I think the Eagles defense won't be able to slow the Bengals offense down and even though I don't trust Cincinnati's defense to stop the Eagles offense I think they can do just enough to allow Burrow and that Bengals offense to score enough to win and cover this game.

2-2 day that could have been better had it not been for that epic Hail Mary by Jayden Daniels and the Commanders. I can't really be mad because that was a great game and a heck of a throw by Daniels that bounced the right way into his receivers hands in the end zone. I'm staying off the Sunday Night game because like I said I don't like to feel the need to chase a loss and also because I just want to enjoy watching my Niners play. Hopefully they win but I don't really feel good about it due to all their injuries. I guess if I were going to play something I'd consider Dallas plus the points because they're desparate and got embarrassed two weeks ago.

Damn man, Bears got me too….such a tough beat.
That was rough for sure. Just one of the all time blunders. I liked the Bears all week but the Jayden Daniels news probably should have got me off the game. That kid is the real deal man and Washington is actually good again with him at Quarterback.

It was the right side with or without Jayden. I assumed if he didn’t play, we get Mariotta, if he did play he would be pretty limited Jayden, which he was. Chicago just completely blew it at the end.

Yeah the Bears screwed that one up they should have won that game. Sometimes you can have the right read on a game and still lose I guess. :surrender:

MLB
LA Dodgers/New York Yankees o8.5 -118 1.18u to win 1u

NFL
New York Giants +6 +100 1u to win 1u
Malik Nabers o66.5 receiving yards -114 1.14u to win 1u

NBA
Orlando Magic -5 -113 1.13u to win 1u
Denver Nuggets -9 -108 1.08u to win 1u

Ok I have 5 plays tonight on a huge Monday with all 4 sports going. First up I start my action with the total in the World Series. I think the Yankees bats wake up tonight and get to Walker Buehler. Buehler probably wouldn't be pitching if the Dodgers pitching staff weren't so beat up with injuries. He's been their worst pitcher this year and I think this Yankees offense should be able to feast. On the other side Clark Schmidt is going for the Yankees and while he's been one of their more consistent starters I don't see him being able to completely stifle this Dodgers offense who is really good at making contact and putting pressure on the defense. So I think over is the best play because even though I lean to the Yankees winning this game I don't want to lay -150 juice on them especially when I think both sides will put runs on the board.

My plays for MNF are on the Giants +6 and Malik Nabers to go over his receiving yards prop. The Giants were awful last week and Russell Wilson looked effective against the Jets in winning in blowout fashion on SNF. That said I think this will be an ugly game since it has a pretty low total and I just see the Steelers coming out flat here. They may win the game because the Giants are terrible but I don't think they blow out the Giants here. Mike Tomlin's teams have a way of playing down to the level of their competition and I think that happens here in a sell high spot for the Steelers.

If the Giants are going to have success on offense I expect Nabers to be heavily involved. This kid is the real deal and Daniel Jones targets him a lot in the passing game so I think 66.5 receiving yards is low enough to take a shot on the over as I think Nabers will find ways to get open and will get the ball a lot tonight.

In the NBA I have two plays that I like. First up I like Orlando to bounce back against Indiana at home. They didn't play well in a blowout loss to Memphis on the road last time out but they looked great the first two games. This is a spot where I think they come out and take it to Indiana who hasn't looked good so far so I laid the points here with the better team at home.

Last but not least I like Denver to finally get a win tonight and cover a big spread on the road. I usually don't like laying big numbers on the road and Denver hasn't looked good in their two first two games both of which were losses but Toronto isn't very good so I look for Denver to get right in this one. They aren't as bad as they played because honestly they played two teams that are pretty tough defensively. Toronto is bad defensively so I expect Denver to come in here and get whatever they want offensively and cover this big number for their first win of the season.

Man it was a terrible 1-4 Monday where the only bet I hit was my prop bet on Nabers over receiving yards. That's going to happen sometimes but my reads were way off. The Giants continue to be terrible so I probably should have just played that one prop and not tried them on the spread. The Yankees can't hit so of course tonights game went under despite it really being a favorable matchup for the Yankees on paper. The Dodgers are too good they're going to ruin baseball's dream World series by sweeping the Yankees or gentleman sweeping the Yankees and giving them one game.

My two NBA plays were both losers but the Magic almost covered for me at home just fell short by a bucket. The Nuggets were in a dogfight all night long and were fortunate to win the game. They have problems in Denver they aren't deep anymore and that's causing them some issues. NIkola Jokic is great but he has to play out of his mind every single night just for the Nuggets to win and that's not good long term for their hopes in the West.

MLB
LA Dodgers ML +118 1u to win 1.18u

NBA
Zion Williamson o21.5 points -132 1.32u to win 1u

Two plays for me tonight on a smaller Tuesday card. First I'm taking the Dodgers to complete the sweep. I really hope this doesn't happen because I hate the Dodgers but I believe there's value there with them to beat this Yankees team tonight and get it over with. Teams that go up 3-0 are 31-9 in game 4. The Dodgers have been hitting and the Yankees simply have not. Even against the Dodger bullpen tonight I don't see the Yankees scoring enough runs to keep up with this smoking hot Dodgers offense. Dodgers win and MLB ends tonight.

I decided to go with a player prop as my only NBA play tonight since two sides didn't work out yesterday. I like Zion to go over his point prop against the Warriors. I think this is a good matchup for Zion since the Warriors are a smaller team and he should be able to do what he wants down low. I think the Warriors are vulnerable here without Steph so they should see a heavy dosage of Zion in a game the Pelicans very well could win on the road against a banged up Warriors squad.

1-1 tonight as the Yankees break out in a big way to take game 4 and extend the World Series for an extra game. At least Zion easily went over his point prop against the Warriors to give me one winner on the night. Back at it Wednesday with hopefully some more winners.

I like the Yankees tonight to take game 5 behind Gerrit Cole. He's really the only Yankee pitcher that stifled this Dodger offense so I'm banking on him to pitch well tonight. I'm hoping the Yankees bats woke up with their outburst last night and can get to Jack Flaherty to send this back to LA. I think it's always a good thing when a team breaks out like that and then gets to face a starter they've seen already again so I'm liking them again tonight to get some runs against the Dodgers and send this back to LA.

100% aligned with you on the Yankees. Best pitcher going tonight and maybe last nights burst of batting has broken the dam and the Yankees will be hitting well from now on.

2-1 night last night as the Yankees blow a 5-0 lead. They were their own worst enemy in the World Series and that's why they lost although I'm not sure it would have mattered because the Dodgers were the better team and deserved to win. You just can't give them extra outs though because they'll take advantage of it.
