Alright... Its getting to be Christmas time, about the time you mentioned things usually come together on the plays.

Anxiously awaiting for indications to tail big.

I hope so pal it is about time I start winning but its a grind and right now I feel my process is good but my results aren't where I'd like them to be. Hopefully that turns around here soon so that people who decide to follow me can win as well.

Minnesota Timberwolves ML +105 1u to win 1.05u
Oklahoma City Thunder ML +105 1u to win 1.05u

Tonight I'm going with a pair of ML dogs I feel are live to win outright so I played them accordingly on the moneyline. Both spreads on these two games are close enough where I feel taking the ML is the better play if you like the dog. I like Minnesota against Dallas tonight because they're the better defensive team. If Anthony Edwards is ruled in this line could flip to the Timberwolves being favored because they're the better team than Dallas despite being on the road tonight.

I also think Oklahoma City is slightly better than Sacramento who despite playing at home has been up and down this season. Oklahoma City has really played at a high level all season and I think they continue that on the road tonight against the Kings. They're only 1.5 to 2 point underdogs so taking them on the ML is the way I'm going here because I think they can win this game if they limit Sacramento's 3 point shooting.

Hard to complain about a 1-1 night when you wind up with a winning day since one of my ML dogs comes through in a big way on the road as the Timberwolves get it done against a tired Mavs team. I think its getting harder and harder for me to bet against Sacramento because everytime I do it seems I lose which isn't all that surprising when you consider Sacramento is a good team with De'Aaron Fox leading the way. OKC rates out as better than them in the analytics ratings so I'd make this play again except I have not gotten Sacramento right it seems when I've been involved in their games.

I'm on the Pacers here tonight in a very favorable spot against the Washington Wizards on the road. I think this is a smash spot for the Pacers who should have their way on offense with a defenseless Wizards team. I wouldn't blame you for laying the -8.5 points full game with Indiana because they should blow this team out but I'm just getting in and getting out in the first half with the Pacers tonight.

My second play is on the Knicks +5 against the Suns tonight. I think they can hang with Phoenix even without Mitchell Robinson in the lineup. They have been struggling lately but I think they will come out and play the Suns tough on the road because they just lost to a pretty bad Jazz team and I think this is a prime bounce back spot for them so I'm backing them on the road against a Suns team that is whole now but still adjusting to playing with each other.

The Pacers suffered an embarrassing loss on the road to the hapless Wizards but at least the Knicks blew out the Suns on the road to get me a winner tonight. I don't even know how to explain the Pacers getting blown out by a 3 win Wizards team but I guess that can happen in sports sometimes. On to the next slate there's a busy 10 game card tomorrow so we'll see if I can find some winners.

Indiana Pacers/Minnesota Timberwolves u241.5 -110 1.1u to win 1u
LA Clippers -5.5 -110 1.1u to win 1u

My first play tonight is on the under in the Pacers/Timberwolves matchup. Tyrese Haliburton may or may not sit this one out but even if he plays I think the Timberwolves will slow this one down and hold the Pacers offense in check. They have the best defense in the league and they're not going to want to get into a track meet with this Pacers squad who loves to run. If they slow it down I think they not only win this game but this total stays under this huge number.

My next play is on the streaking LA Clippers at home facing a Knicks team that I backed last night. This play is strictly a fade of a Knicks team that had to rally last night in Phoenix to get the win and then had to travel to LA to play this game. The Clippers have been the hottest team in the league and I think they will take advantage of a tired Knicks team and cover the spread here at home.

Nice 2-0 night on Saturday as both games played out kind of how I thought. The Wolves contained the Pacers offense without Tyrese Haliburton in the lineup but I still would have played the under even if he had been ruled in because I trust the Timberwolves defense at home to control the pace and other teams offense which they did in an easy victory.

The Knicks hung around for a half but the the Clippers ultimately pulled away in the second half and blew out the Knicks at home. It was a really good spot for the Clippers to continue their winning streak at home because you have to figure the Knicks were tired after rallying to beat the Suns late Friday night before having to travel to LA to play another tough team.

Tomorrow's card is a little lighter with a 5 game slate so I don't know if I'll play anything but I'll post it here if I do have a play or two on the slate.

Derrick White o23.5 P+R+A -130 1.3u to win 1u

Just one play for me on today's light 5 game card. Just really didn't like anything enough to play it so I went with a prop play today that I like quite a bit. I think Derrick White and the Celtics will do just about anything they want today against the Magic whom they just played on Friday night. White racks up a ton of assists in this high powered Boston offense and I think he'll will do the same today as well as chip in a fair amount of points to go over this total. Boston and Orlando should be a competitive high scoring game like it was Friday night so plenty of opportunity for White to rack up stats.

Prop loses today as Derrick White doesn't go over his P+R+A number in an easy Celtics win over the Magic. This was a tough card today so perhaps I should have stayed away from it but I took a shot and I missed. Hopefully we get back on track tomorrow on a bigger Monday card.

Denver Nuggets 1H -4 -115 1.15u to win 1u

My first play is on the Clippers tonight. I didn't lay the points here because the Clippers are now on the road against Indiana so I can see this being a close game. I just think the Clippers will be able to get their 8th straight win tonight against a Pacers team that struggles on defense.

My second play is on the Nuggets in the 1H against the Mavericks. The Mavs may put up a fight here on the road but I always think the Nuggets early at home is a very good play because they usually jump on teams early when they come to Denver. I see Denver taking a comfortable lead into halftime here so I went with them in the first half. It's possible that Dallas makes a comeback in the second half so I didn't play Denver on the full game line of 7.5 but I do like them early in this one.

Clippers look good since changing their starting lineup so I will continue to look for spots to bet on them. Denver still remains a good play early at home as not many teams can keep up with them in their building. 4 games on the card tomorrow so I'll try to keep finding winners.

New Orleans Pelicans -7 -103 1.03u to win 1u
Kristaps Porzingis o20.5 points +104 1u to win 1.04u

My first play is on the Pelicans tonight laying 7 against a Grizzlies team that gets Ja Morant back tonight. This line has been bouncing up and down from the opener of 6.5 all the way up to 8.5 and now back down to 7 with the news that Zion may or may not play. I don't think it matters if Zion suits up tonight or not the Pelicans should beat this Grizzlies team by margin at home because even though Ja is back I don't like taking a team that is getting their star player back in his first game of the season. I just think they're going to take some time to adjust to playing with him and they'll continue to struggle just like they have been without him.

My second play is on Kristaps Porzingis to score more than 20 points tonight. Hopefully he plays since's he's currently questionable but I took him over his points prop assuming he does play because the Warriors will have a tough time stopping him without Draymond Green there to guard him. He should have his way both inside and out against the Warriors defense so I took a shot at plus money since his prop is juiced heavily at o19.5. I expect a big game from Porzingis even though if I had to play a side in this game I'd actually take the points with the Warriors at home just because they will get up for this game and it's at the Chase Center where the Warriors still are tough on opposing teams.

All right guys I saw just now that WagerWeb is hanging Golden State +6 so I'm taking a shot with that play too. As I mentioned Golden State will be up for this game and I think Steph will have a big game since this is a bounce back spot for him after he had a terrible performance last time out. He still shows up huge in big games so I'll gladly take the 6 points and hope Steph can help the Warriors stay close enough to cover.
