Both yesterday and today I did:...

...and hit all 495 reps today.

Eliptical for 20 minutes with resistance.

Needed some rest after that weekend so today I did:

30 minute elliptical

Leg press
Leg curls
Leg extension
Calf raises

10 minute massage chair
10 minute hydro massage table

I always do elliptical first.
