External Shoulder rotation
Shoulder raises
Pushups on balance ball
bench press
Incline bench
Flys
Military Press
Dubmbell rows
Row machine
Lat pulls
I did 3 sets of 15 reps each and hit all 495 reps today.
Eliptical for 20 minutes with resistance.
20 minuted in massage chair
20 minutes on hydro massage bed
Fukk yeah!
Feeling good. Now I need to eat like a mutherfukker.
