sled, sprints, stair climber, paloff presses, wood chops, balance and intrinsic foot muscle work

I've been starting with chest press (machine), tricep press, and fly's, along witht he pushup above.

Going to add incline bench with dumbbells and possibly decline bench as well to complete the chest and tri's workout.

Sometime I do military press on chest and tri's day, and sometimes that's for the back and bicep days. Sometimes I do it all for the full curcuit on the same day, but that's getting hard and takes a lot of time.

Here's one I've been doing daily.

Bring the knee up, hold it for 5 seconds, put it back down and do a push up. Repeat with other knee for another pushup.

This was hard for me at first, but I'm getting it down now as I get in shape.

What will this accomplish? What are you working out here? Your legs?

Tha balance portion is actually more for the core, but it's also a pushup.

Not much of a leg wrokout but I guarantee that if you try a few of these you will see just what a workout such a simple excercise can get you.

Over the last two weeks it's gotten easier and easier for me and I can now rap off 3 sets of 15 reps each. Which feels like I have come a long way to just get there.

KVB quote,
''Here's one I've been doing daily.''

Congrats, he's kinda cute if you swing that way.

You're doing great, KVB. Balancing looks effortless if you're just watching the person, but it's not the case when you're already doing it for the first time.

I've never been a gym person. I have a membership I just never go
That is actually what commercial gyms want. It is also why they love machines because they get 10 people to run a 15 minute circuit and get them out the door. Arthur Jones and Mike Metzler were the gyms best friends back in the day with their nonsense HITT training.

I'm sure I'm like most people that have a membership but just never go

Who does a 15 minute circuit? What is wrong with HIIT?
First off it is not named correctly high intensity interval training is actually high density low volume and low intensity. The volume and intensity fall by the wayside along with depleting your ATP. Feeling burn, exhaustion, and soreness is not a good thing.
