There's no way I'm getting up to 250. As I stated before I'm looking to drop not gain but as pointed out by Archie if there is some gain over the holidays it would not be 250
It's intermittent fasting not intermediate fasting and he clearly doesn't know the first thing about it. He is lost in the woods and lacking the discipline needed. Anyone serious about the diet would never be doing food reviews of various poisons weekly.
I really need to do a weekly weigh in and just update this thread every week. I get discouraged if I don't see any losing over the week but I can't keep weighing everyday
