Sugar intake was high today. Have to go with some low sugar/ no sugar options in the future. Overshot my carb goal as well if I eat both of the tortillas that I ordered for dinner.

Macros? If I knew it was that easy to keep track with chat GPT I would have been doing that a long time ago. I think it will help keep me more accountable and I can put in different recipes or meals and see how much calories, sugar, etc. And I really like the fact that I can keep really good track of everything

Well it’s close to it, Macros are Protien, Carbs, & Fats.

MAKE SOMETHING AT HOME!!!!!

You could’ve steamed some veggies, grill or bake some chicken breast, and make your own healthy bowl…..

And stay away from carbs - potatoes are carbs. You had 2 McMuffins, that was enough for breakfast. You didn’t need that greasy McDonald’s ‘hash brown’ patty anyways…..

And I’m assuming that ‘Shark’ thing is billed as “healthy” - but it’s probably all juices - which is sugar times 20. Blend your own smoothie, and throw in some Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, a little oatmeal, & some honey…..

I figured half a hash brown was ok seeing as it was only 75 cals.

I don't really cook. The only thing I make is pasta but I do have an air fryer so I could start to use that to cook various things easier. I've been trying to look for healthier options when eating out, but long-term. It's probably cheaper and better to eat at home
