I take shots of the beets jar juice definitely helps with circulation downstairs.

Cranberry juice too. Easy rule of thumb is purple - beets, cranberries, blueberries, açaí berries, figs, plums/prunes, even purple cabbage, purple cauliflower, rhubarb - all have the antioxidant & anti-inflammatory stuff in it that’s good for the wood…..

If you don't cut your sugar addiction, especially in the format of processed shit like Oreo-infused doughnut cheesecake with snickers-chunk ice cream, you have no hope of losing significant weight. This is absolute poison and the source of why you feel bad and your pecker doesn't work. If you can go a week or two without this crap you will realize even fruit tastes great and will satisfy that craving, especially after meals. Carbs are nothing compared to this. Your problem is 80% sugar (the other 19% is fast food). It's gotten so bad that normal food (which tastes good to us) doesn't taste good to you; that's why you can't break the addiction. Sorry to say this, but you look absolutely horrible. Your body is crying for help. You used to be a slim good looking kid. Your current path is straight to diabetes in a few years or worse.

You need to be eating way more eggs and animal protein. It will keep you full and is almost impossible to overeat. You need to find meals that you like enough that you can see yourself eating a few times a week for the rest of your life. If I ate all the chicken and rice I wanted, my weight would stay the same, but for you that would be a gigantic improvement and you wouldn't be hungry. Add some soy sauce if you want, whatever. Anything to get off sugar. And if you're not at home and need to eat, at least get some kind of chicken/rice bowl or Subway or a sandwich from somewhere. Not McDonalds. Pure poison.

As for the gym, forget cardio. Hit the weights. You will feel better -- mental clarity, relaxed -- and see some improvement in your physique and pecker function that'll motivate you. If you can throw in some leisurely walks, sure. But an hour on the treadmill or something is a waste of time in terms of calorie loss. It's negligible. A granola bar is like 300 calories and you probably wouldn't even burn that off in an hour of walking.

Also you need to be aware that many foods people claim to be 'healthy' are not. Cereal, bran muffins, granola bars, processed juices/smoothies, ... are all crap. Salads with processed dressings can be 1000 calories. Sauces/dressings (and I know you always like to dip your food into something) pack a ton of calories.

We're rooting for you Bobby but you need a wake up call.

PS: Don't trust ChatGPT for exact calorie counts. It makes mistakes all the time, for example weights depend on whether the food is cooked or not. It also makes stuff up. For example, ask it about some random McDonalds meal and it will be 10-20% off from McDonald's own website.

It also won't remember all your entries forever. Keep that separately in a spreadsheet if you want.
Day / Food / Calories / Protein (g). Do it for a few weeks to at least learn where all your calories are coming from. You'll be surprised.

Thank you! And yes I've noticed chatGPT is not keeping the summaries forever (I don't pay for it so maybe that's why) I unfortunately don't like raw eggs/ cooked eggs by themselves and I've been trying to cut down my sugar intake by drinking more sugar-free stuff and by drinking more water.

I know a lot of the hidden calories hide in sides/sauces. For example, I was going to get some Chipotle ranch the other day and ranch was super high in calories just for a dipping sauce so I skipped it. I believe a lot of it is making better choices as well in what I'm eating.

I was thinking of doing more walking/ swimming. I haven't even thought about gym yet because I'm not trying to bulk up, i'm trying just to lose weight for right now.

What do you mean by "normal" food not tasting not good to me? There's only a few things. I don't eat eggs (like for breakfast), beans, raw fish, any kind of exotic foods such as raw sushi. But I like beef, chicken, pork, lamb, most seafood. I think my palate is pretty normal.

Thanks for all the advice and the encouragement! I really appreciate it

I have the paid version, it won't remember it either. I wasted a lot of time with it.

The gym isn't about bulking up. People underestimate how hard it is to gain muscle. You could go regularly and probably not even gain 1lb a month of muscle. And that's as a rookie when it's easier. Weights will make you feel better and want to eat healthier. The more muscle mass you have the more calories you naturally burn per day too. It will help with your pecker, that's why some people do pushups before getting laid. Plus I imagine you have some physical problems like a sore back from poor posture. You're probably stiff as hell. Forget the cardio, you will hate it and feel worse and hungrier after. (Cardio is good and important for a healthy person but you're not there yet).

If you like all meats then the solution is easy. Stuff your face with all the meat you want and the weight will fly off. It truly will. And very easy to make in your air fryer. Meats are normal foods, yet you're not eating enough of them. That must be because they don't taste good enough to you. That's not normal. If you quit sugar for a couple weeks then had an apple you would know what I mean. If you have an apple now it probably tastes like almost nothing to you. For me, the opposite is true. When I eat McDonald's I feel sick for the rest of the day. I used to like it but now even the smell makes me kind of nauseous. As it should. That's a good sign.

Meat naturally come with lots of protein which everyone needs. Those who are chronically low on protein have lots of issues including bad skin, hair issues, etc. Sorry to say but that looks like you.

What you see around you is not normal. Don't judge your situation by looking around at all the other unhealthy people around you. People never used to look like this even decades ago, and 100 years ago you'd be in the circus.

We love you Bobby. Track your food here and people can help you make improvements like finding lower calorie substitutes of the same thing. And I don't mean just telling you to eat lettuce. That's not helpful. But if you're really dying for sugar, instead you could go for a protein mug cake (easy to make entirely in the microwave).

Yeah at first I thought it was going to be great but now I'm running into issues where it is tracking it but it's not tracking correctly for the dates and it's missing information.

For example, I love Chipotle. I always get a bowl with rice, chicken, fajita veggies, side of hot sauce. And usually two tortillas. I know I need to cut out the tortillas and I usually get cheese as well but I know I need to cut the cheese out. That's just one example of something I like.

I've never been a big gym guy, I thought I can do stuff naturally without needing the gym per se

Maybe a short home workout regime every day. 15 minutes of squats or pushups from your knees. You will start to like it I bet, based on the effects.

Chipotle isn't bad at all. If you ate only Chipotle 3x a day, you'd lose weight noticeably. If you can find more things just like it that are reasonable compromises and you can stick to (because you like them), then you will succeed. But you're gonna fukking make some ice cream review tmrw aren't you??

My problem is I don't eat three times a day. Usually I'll have something small for lunch and then dinner.

So do I have to skip the tortilla / white rice? Or just moderation with those?

One my responsibilities here is content creation which includes my review videos. I do need to keep up on review videos but I don't think a bite of ice cream or half a cookie is going to affect anything. I don't think most guys would want to see me review spinach or a peach for example 😆

2 meals are always better than 3, keep the protein high and the sugar low drink fuckin' WATER. Also yes the MAJORITY of posters here want healthy food review options to consider Bobby.

Oh, and @BobbyFK - if you’ve got the spicy/savory snack tooth like I do, ESPECIALLY when it’s Beer-thirty, go with the pork rinds. Zero carbs, zero sugar, yeah, a little sodium, but waaaaay healthier than Doritos or potato chips - and they cost less. You can get these Baken-Ets for $2.99 pretty much everywhere, and a whole bunch of different flavors - BBQ, dill pickle, queso, etc.

Also, nuts are a good alternative too. I like the Smokehouse almonds - yeah, a few carbs, but still better than the alternative junk foods…..
