Water intake key. Cutting out sugary drinks and even alcohol will automatically reduce your weight a nice chunk in just 3-4 weeks and youll feel so much better. Many of us are dehydrated because of what we eat and drink
You need to start using the app with it. It keeps track of everything for you and you can sync it with other apps. For example I use myFitnessPal to keep track of my weight and now this does it for me. I'm usually bad about keeping track on my own

Worst thing you can do is not eat. Just start by not drinking any carbs just drink plain water and hard alcohol with no mixers. If you workout drink a Gatorade, LMNT, or Liquid IV during or right after the workout to replenish your sodium.

Get yourself some great peanut butter(Richards,Aloha-at farmers market by GVR)A low sugar-type jelly....Ezekial bread....Essentia water.....Braggs apple cider vinegar.(1/2twice a day with 6-8 ounces of water.....Get yourself in gym 2-5times a week.....and use common sense with your diet....Eat clean and eat early in the day.Greek yogurt and Good Culture cottage cheese are your friends as snacks. NOW GOOOO
