This is a scary pick I know but in these b2b matchups with teams, it seems as though the pace has flipped game to game. First matchup a few days ago we saw a slow/drag it out game that stayed way under the total. I think the pace and shot making will be much better in this matchup. I see a 107-101 type game tonight.

Nevada is led by very experienced guards in Sherfield and Cambridge who can get a bucket from anywhere on the floor. In the front court they added AJ Bramah the relented transfer from Robert Morris who is a matchup nightmare at the stretch 4. J really think the experienced guard play coupled with the athleticism of Bramah and Washington in the front court will be too much for Santa Clara to overcome in this one.

Hornets have started really slow this year in games and think this is a good spot to bet against them coming off a big win against GSW. Wizards are also coming off a huge comeback win and think they start fast here.

Really like the Spurs to bounce back here. TWolves are a solid squad but I think this line is a little telling and feel like Wolves at -2.5 is a trap in this one. I expect the Spurs to limit KAT in the paint and if the Spurs can knock down enough outside shots, I expect them to come away with the win.

Celtics have been plying much better this month and especially at home where they beat Milwaukee and Toronto. Lebron is a GTD and Celtics also have some injury concerns but I think their physicality will force the Lakers into tough shots and I see the Celtics being able to limit the Lakers on the offensive end. I think the Celtics can pull out a low scoring win here at home.

Knicks came out very slow against the Rockets and I think you’ll see a more focused effort from them here tonight. Knicks played the bulls very tough earlier this season and came away with a 1 point win and think we’ll see a similar close game here. Both these teams styles match each other in the fact that they want to play good defense and control the tempo. Getting 5.5 here is good value IMO and think the Knicks can at least keep this close if not win outright.

Don’t think NE can keep up with Colorado states high powered offense in this one. Think they will pull away 2H.

Really think this is a good spot for the Heat to get right against a Pistons team who just blew a huge lead in an emotional game to the Lakers. Think Heat control this game with their defense and can knock down enough shots to win with some margin.

Jazz coming off a loss at home and OKC is coming off a backdrop cover vs ATL in a game they had no business covering. I think the Jazz will be able to knock down open shots and their defense will be able to limit OKC early.

UCSD is off to a very solid start to the year at 4-1 with a huge upset win over pac 12 Cal by double digits. Southern miss comes in at 3-2 but really struggles to score the ball. I think UCSD will be able to stifle them early and go into halftime with a 4-6 point lead.

SIUE Isn’t a very strong team but they’ve played Marquette and Creighton very tough to start the year and they face one of the worst teams in the nation in Nebraska Omaha who has just been overwhelmed to start the year and I think the line is too short here.

Oklahoma has really struggled to score this year and have yet to gel with all of their transfers. Florida has played a tough schedule and I really think their defense will limit Oklahoma on the offensive end. Northeastern really struggles to score the ball and gives up big runs as times. Think Colgate will be able to control the tempo and go into the half with the lead.
