ive put on muscle but i dont get it. anyone get stuck no matter what they do?
Calories in calories out. If you are in purgatory, and want to lose some weight, you gotta eat at a calorie deficit. Try to eat 500 calories less a day each week.

If your weight is the same but your body fat seems to be falling, then what's the problem? You're gaining muscle and losing fat. You're not stuck at all.

If you want to lower your body fat % it basically is calories in and out. Are you actually measuring everything? Many people underestimate calories.

secondly, you definitely need some form of steroids, but you need someone that knows what they’re doing and you have to get blood work done every couple weeks
