Archie do you own a home? One of the perks is having workout equipment AT HOME. The wife loves it since she is self-conscious about working out at the gym (she's in really good shape so I don't understand the timidness). Our son was a workout machine in high school (football, weightlifting team, etc...) so over the years we've accumulated a lot of equipment in our garage for him. He's moved out years ago but his apartment doesn't accomodate the equipment so we still use it.
Free weights/bench, treadmill, multipurpose weight machine, stationary bicycle, punching bag... The down side.... only the SUV fits in the garage now but, no more gyms.

A clear downside to the home gym ---> No more hot chicks to watch.
Nothing but the wife to stare at while working out.
going to the 2nd gym (I live 5-8 mins from 3 franchise locations) for the 2nd half of game. it's just a nice 3rd space to connect, get some sauna and steam time, enjoy a fresh made greens and protein shake and live bet.
there are an amazing amount of hot fitness model type bodies in the area to keep the home gym getting rust

Yes! Switch jumping with working up to a heavy single rack pull just below the knee ( never fail )every 72 hours for a month then take 11 days off and you will pull a new deadlift record off the floor.

went back after infrared sauna to flm some for brother.
