Oh fawk it’s 3am

Communications is the key.OK, buttholes aside, I have a serious question.
I have a nephew that has been living with a couple roommates that decided to be assholes for whatever reason and bail on the place they are living.
He’s a young adult.. He asked if he can move in to the spare room for a couple months until he gets another place. I told him yes.
How should I handle this?
We told him he can stay for a couple months, as he asked, to save up for a new place. But what if he doesn’t leave?
What if he gets comfortable? What happens after two months?
If he’s still here? Do I charge him rent? And if so, how much?
I wouldn’t put him on the street. I’m taking him in because he’d rather be here than with his Mom.
But stil…
Should I be charging rent?
I don’t need the money. I just want to do the right thing for him.

A $100 10-teamer once a month could be fun.I almost had the same thing a few months ago with my brother - I was going to ask him for $100 a month. Not enough ‘rent’, but enough to make him think about the transaction. But, he found a place before any of that happened, so good luck…..
I love how the guy doing the video is smoking a cigarette at the gas station.
I didn't understand a word but I loved every second of that clip.
Great point. I didn't even notice. Idiots all around in that video.I love how the guy doing the video is smoking a cigarette at the gas station.![]()
Charge him half of what rent would be and put it aside and give it to him when he goes to get his own place.OK, buttholes aside, I have a serious question.
