We should have a potluck party some day.

I’ll make ribs.
@KVB can make pizza even though he can’t eat it. Or he can go to In N Out and pick up a bunch of patties wrapped in lettuce.
@Iw1nCashFlow can make his famous mustard and cheese sanwiches.
@BobbyFK can bring all the junk food.
@flyingillini would bring helium balloons.
@maltedhopsfrenzy will make like 10 different dishes.
@samsncharge99 will dance for us and be our entertainment.
@jjgold is obviously bringing figs and Oriole cookies.
I wonder what @JDS would bring? I bet he makes a mean chicken parm.
@Tanko will bring a bean casserole
@kidcudi92 will bring the Budweisers
@edawg will bring the whiskey
@BMR Genie can bring Pancit

Who else should we invite?
Oh! I'm good at cooking Pancit! In! ;)

OK, buttholes aside, I have a serious question.

I have a nephew that has been living with a couple roommates that decided to be assholes for whatever reason and bail on the place they are living.

He’s a young adult.. He asked if he can move in to the spare room for a couple months until he gets another place. I told him yes.

How should I handle this?

We told him he can stay for a couple months, as he asked, to save up for a new place. But what if he doesn’t leave?

What if he gets comfortable? What happens after two months?

If he’s still here? Do I charge him rent? And if so, how much?

I wouldn’t put him on the street. I’m taking him in because he’d rather be here than with his Mom.

But stil…

Should I be charging rent?

I don’t need the money. I just want to do the right thing for him.

🤷‍♂️
Your nephew is lucky to have an uncle like you, DDD. But yeah, you need to teach him how to become a responsible adult man.

Ok so for the steak guy with the $150 streak
is the main thing he did wrong is cook it with all that butter ?
or seasoning such a cut of meat with salt and pepper ?
It looked disgusting before being cooked and after.
Salt and pepper is fine.

You just gonna ignore that he put ketchup on it? And used a butter knife to cut it? And pour all that grease down the drain?

I have to rewatch the video because I’m sure I’m missing lots lots more.
