I don't want to disparage them either. It is a free service after all. I just seem to be seeing a lot of users with open complaints and little to no communication.I did receive an initial email 2 weeks ago asking if they would like me to reach out to Bovada. I said yes but that was the last I heard. I dont know how long these things typically take so maybe this is a normal timeline for BMR? I dont want to disparage them if they are working behind the scenes. I hope they are truly.
