I got an email saying that my payout was denied and then I got a followup email saying that my account is still disabled and I should contact them to discuss my account status.
After much searching I found the chat option on their site but it said the hold time wS longer than normal and no one ever actually got on chat. So I just emailed them.
I cant believe this place is A rated. Do they even have a phone number to call?

They sure are giving me the run around. After going back and forth on email they asked to get on chat. After waiting a half hour for an agent I finally got connected to a woman named Maria. After an hour long chat of me waiting and her escalating my account she told me they would call me within 48 hours. Sigh....
Feels like they are hoping I will go away.

Definitely know the feeling of hoping I will go away. Cant imagine what would take them 80 days to investigate. I have been contacted by a BMR case analyst though so hopefully he is able to make some progress and get this resolved.

I still haven't gotten anything more than the investigation email I posted a couple weeks ago. About ready to write this money off. Crazy. I've been using Bovada for 10 years and always considered them a top 5 book. Not anymore.
Even if we all got paid today it would still leave a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I would be willing to deposit there again.

I am on day 82 here. I havent heard anything else from Bovada or my BMR case analyst since he first reached out. (Hopefully he is just working quietly behind the scenes). This is so frustrating though. It seems completely insane that they can just put your funds on an indefinite hold, provide no reason, and not resolve it or do anything for this length of time. This is the type of stuff I used to hear about super sketchy books but I thought Bovada was supposed to be one of the safe ones.

So bovada finally called and reenabled my account. The guy on the phone warned me not to bet over the max that the bonus conditions allow for. Sounds good right?
I go log in and they have removed almost all my money. I had a little over 9300 and now I have 400. They stole 9000 because I bet more than the max their bonus terms allow. Yet their system let me make those bets. This is such bullshit.
I'm going to file a complaint now.

Glad to hear they enabled your account. Their bonus t&c are very detailed. I hate them but they do make them pretty clear if you read them.

Still waiting on all fronts for me (bovada/bmr)
Who cares if they reenabled it? All the money is gone. I had 9300 in there and they removed 8900 of it.
I made a deposit of 400 and took a 200 bonus. I ran that up to 9300. 2/3 of my betting was with my own cash. So how can they justify taking all my winnings?

Ah. Sorry I misread your post. Thought when they reeenabled it you lost 400 not the inverse. That is super lame then. I think they should have let you off with a warning about their bonus betting rules. Definitely file a complaint and hopefully they give it back

That sucks Cruz Missile. I'd be fuming if I were you. Seriously, how do they justify taking all of it when what you started out with was mostly your own cash.
They still haven't responded to me but I am probably in the same boat.
Hopefully SBR can help make this right. At a minimum you should be getting 2 thirds of your winnings.
