Ace, happened to me recently. They wouldn't answer any questions and said they'd give me a response on what the issue was soon. Took 12-14 days. They unlocked my account again without any explanation. I would say just 'forget about it' for a couple weeks and wait to see what they do.

Haven't experienced this. Are you a bonus-taker too?

One time BOL wanted extra verification from me because I was trying to make a withdrawal and I was out of state. So right after I submitted the withdrawal they called me and asked me some personal questions. Totally reasonable. After verifying that someone hadn't hacked my account they sent the money. It was a very professional way to handle it.
Making people wait multiple days is not professional. Just tell me what verification stuff you want so I can provide it, get paid, and move on.

Yep, and I'm 86'd from the banking system too

When I try to login it just says, "your account has been disabled. Contact customer service."

So you laugh at my situation of having to wait 2 months, after I sent everything in, but you complain after having to wait a few days, while openly admitting to having broke their terms of service

Can we please try to help each other instead of tearing each other down? I've sent in everything Bookmaker has asked for. No matter if you believe my story or not (Everything I've said is 100% truthful), what these websites are doing to both of us is not right.

Yeah I don't think Ace would laugh at you that way. Probably just seemed like a ridiculous situation to him. Realistically, it's awful that banks are banning people like this but what can we do except try to adapt?

Whether or not you pissed off the staff by using "the n-word" or otherwise attacking them, I'm pretty sure BM suspects you of multi-accounting. I don't know the truth one way or the other. If you're an honest player I hope you get paid.

Someone in my network got an account closure letter from Bank of America because he used one of those p2p sites (Agoradesk, LocalCoinSwap, etc.) to exchange his crypto for USD. He's not involved in anything "sketchy" other than offshore betting.

I guess the source of the USD was drug money or something else illegal, but he had no way of knowing that. It wouldn't surprise me if major banks share that kind of info among themselves and/or on a government database.

Did a test payout last night and just noticed I got it within 1 hour of request.!!! Was $1600. After finding that rule about max bet, all my bets have been under 50% of my deposits. There was a time I didn't know about that and blew a 10k balance with large bets, would like to think there wouldn't have been an issue, but never got a payout from that. Best of luck and I was thinking/hoping this place would be considered top 3-5 safest.

What I don’t like is they are letting the customer violate the rules until it’s time to get paid. Then it becomes a problem. Your account should be designated 200 max bet & nothing more. I didn’t know they had a cap on wagers during the rollover period. Is this new ? Last year I took the same bonus & I didn’t have a lower set max. I know Jazz does this, but haven’t tried it to know if they let you go over the set limit.

First of all I never said every single bank in the world banned me. I said the last 5 banks ive tried to sign up with ran me thru some sort of system and rejected my business. Fair enough. I don't think it's unreasonable to consider that some of these major sites may have got hit hard from FTX. In the email chain you'll notice how BM offered to pay me via bank wire, but they said Crypto is not an option. That would align strongly with the FTX angle
