Bovada Slow Pay (Or No Pay?)...

I've been betting at Bovada for years. Probably deposited around 100 times and withdrawn maybe 20. Never had a problem. I tried to make a withdrawal a couple days ago and got this email after I tried. Since then I've heard nothing. Just letting everyone know what's going on. I'll update this as soon as I have more news.

Yep, and I'm 86'd from the banking system too

When I try to login it just says, "your account has been disabled. Contact customer service."

I definitely did. I have been for years. I think almost anybody who plays there does.

In their T/C:
11. Unless stated otherwise on the specific bonus landing pages, all bonuses have a max bet restriction relative to the deposit amount. Failure to adhere to this ‘max bet’ rule may result in account closure, forfeit of the Bonus and any winnings generated during the wagering of the Bonus.

Any wagers using deposited funds or bonus funds prior to bonus completion are subject to the following maximums:

• Casino max bet per wager - 20% of deposited amount
• Sports max bet per wager - 50% of deposited amount

I deposited $400 and took a $200 bonus. This would make my max bet $200. I bet more than that on almost every wager I place.
I don't even know if this is the issue yet though. We'll see.

As you stated, everyone violates that rule including me so I don’t think that’s the reason. Have you deposited with cc? If so that might be the reason where it was charged back.

This happened to me early last year and even though I didn’t request a charge back, Bovada claimed that on their end it has been charged back. I had to show my cc statements for the last 3-4 months showing I never received credit. It was a pain and I questioned why I had to prove it was on their end. However, after a few days of submitting the statements, they reopened my account.

I think the last time I used CC to deposit was maybe 2017/2018? Been a long time. Only use bitcoin and litecoin now. Crypto has made online sports gambling so much easier.

This makes the 3rd A+ sportsbook (BM x2) complaint about waiting days/weeks for a payout. Not a good look, and should reflect in the ratings. As someone who is down a lot to bovada, but keep taking shots, I will be holding off on bets there till I hear a reason why this happened.

These places don't need to steal or a hidden rule to steal and don't ever let them have you think otherwise.

At the end if the year, they make 3%+ on average on all bets they take. When you think about how many bets they take each day, they are in a no lose situation. Thats what the best of the best pro bettors try to win. Its ridiculous, the ignorance and/or arrogance of these books which is happening.

Ace, happened to me recently. They wouldn't answer any questions and said they'd give me a response on what the issue was soon. Took 12-14 days. They unlocked my account again without any explanation. I would say just 'forget about it' for a couple weeks and wait to see what they do.

Thanks Roland. Great to hear you experienced the same thing and got paid. I sent them an email today just asking if they needed any additional verification info from me. I'm happy to be patient. It's not a ton of money. Just annoying.
