Still waiting for an update from both BMR and Bovada myself. Today is day 96 or 97 since Bovada started "investigating" (ill do the math again when I inevitably get to day 100).

I have more faith in a BMR response before then than Bovada at least.

Still nothing. I will never stop updating this thread as long as Bovada has my money.
Good for you. Do not let them off the hook. Expose them for what they are. Stiffs.
You have any idea how much I have cost BetUs in both new customer deposits and existing customer deposits since they decided to steal $14,800 from me on December 23?
My appearances on podcasts, guest blogging, and gambling message boards have cost them nearly over $600,000 in deposit so far. I get dozens of e-mails each day from former BetUs customers or potential new BetUs customers telling me how much they WOULD HAVE deposited with them if they hadn't heard or read about my horrible experience with BetUs.
It all could have been avoided if BetUs simply paid me the $14,800 they stole from me with their data breach.
Go after these books where it hurts. They will lose money hand over fist if we continue to expose them.
I've made it my personal mission to destroy BetUs' business in 2023; and so far, it's working.

I don't think I read about this. Why did they refuse to pay you?
Turned a $1,000 cc deposit (with no bonus) into $14,800 in two weeks (all college football and college basketball...which are my specialties. I never bet on pro sports, because I suck)
Sent them all the KYC stuff. This is back in December.
I request for it all, and they say "We can put you on a payment plan. $3,000 courier check per week with a $55 fee. We don't have the funds right now to pay you the full $14,800. After the Super Bowl is over, we should be able to pay you the funds."
I don't do BTC. They said fine, $3000 per week check/payment plan, "but please don't tell others on your blogs, podcasts, and social media that we don't have the money to pay you right now. In fact, we will waive the $55 check fee if you keep this quiet."
It should be noted that at this point my max wager is $550.
So, I keep quiet and the first check comes. It bounces.
I call back on December 22 and they ask for my PASSWORD. I tell them I don't feel comfortable giving them my password over the phone, but I will give you the new 4-digit # they had me create for payouts. They STILL insisted on my password. Hesitantly, I gave it to them.
They finally connect me to payments and they said "sometimes we bounce checks. It happens with our Canadian baking system often. We'll try to put the $3,000 back into your wagering account by tomorrow." Before hanging up, the guy says my max wager is now ONE DOLLAR on all sports. Yes, $1.
I ask for my "account manager" named "Karla" and they admit there is no such person. "We just want to make American players feel safe with common American names."
I go to sleep and log in the next morning, 12/23, and instead of my balance saying "$14,800" it says "$0.00."
I call in and they say they have video of me putting in an $11,300 wager last night (AFTER THEY LIMITED ME TO ONE DOLLAR!) on some random NBA game the night before. NBA? I don't follow it. $11,300? First my max was $550 and now it is $1. How can I put $11,300 on one game with a dollar limit?
They have no answer. It all started going badly (IMO) when they asked for my password FIRST instead of my secret code.
And where is the other $3,500? "We're not sure."
Back and forth with the e-mails and phone calls for a few days.
Said the bets were made in Florida, and I live in Connecticut.
Ultimately, they admitted to cheating me for winning too much too quickly. Said they don't want winners and that they can confiscate anybody's money at anytime because "you Americans don't pay taxes on winnings, and there's nothing you can do about it."

Like I said, it's not the money for me, it's the blatant theft.
AVOID BetUS if you intend on winning.

Blasting them all over social media, blogging, and podcasts.
They are aware of it and want me to stop because they say I am costing them "too much business."
All they had to do was give me the $14,800 they stole from me but decided not to. Now, they are threatening me with a cease and desist for exposing them. LOL.
They even said we will give you a $100 free play if you give us good reviews. LOL! Like that is gonna happen!

Ask for the IP of the place that placed the NBA wager.

In dealing with offshores, BTC is the new standard now. You're going to have bounced-check issues anywhere you play. If you switch to BTC, none of this is an issue.
They refuse to give me an IP address or any specifics about the wager. They just say it was an "NBA Game."
The second check they cancelled, they told me.
I get checks all the time from other sportsbooks with zero problems.

In what format did they threaten you with a cease and desist? chat? email?
