We are sorry to hear of this problem at Looselines. We have had an unprecedented amount of complaints sent in on this group of sportsbooks.
Looselines has been around as long as anyone and prior to this past week, we have gotten very few complaints on them. Hopefully, we can assist you here.
We sent your complaint down to Looselines today. They are responding to our inquires, albeit a bit slowly. We will reach back out to you ASAP once we get something meaningful back from Looselines. Though these issues are front and center for us now that they have been brought to our attention, if you haven’t heard back from us towards the end of the week, feel free to reach back out for an update.
