hi , i have submitted a complaint for nitro for account KYC review , have not gotten a reply, please check

What was Nitro asking for? They are anonymous and shouldn't need any KYC outside of making sure you don't share an IP address or have an actual IP address that isn't a public wifi or business IP only.

Here's a list of what they ask for, or at least what they asked me for. OP is absolutely getting scammed (see my post in this forum).

Required Documentation for KYC Verification:

  1. Valid Government-Issued ID: Passport, driver's license, or national ID card (scanned copy or clear photo).
  2. Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement (dated within the last three months) (scanned copy or clear photo).
  3. Selfie with ID: A clear photo of yourself holding your government-issued ID.
Security Questions:

  1. What is the current balance in your account?
  2. What was the amount of your most recent deposit? When did you make it?
  3. What is the Nitro wallet address to which you made your last deposit?
  4. Have you requested any payouts? If so, what was the amount of your last payout and when did you request it?
  5. What were your most recent sports bets made on? For how much? (approximation?)
  6. When was the last time you accessed/logged in to your account?
  7. What is the amount of your most recent withdrawal? When did you make it?
  8. What is the wallet address to which you requested your last payout?
  9. Do you play casino? Which game(s)?
  10. Do you play poker?
  11. What is your average bet amount?
  12. When did you create your account? Please be as precise as possible.
  13. What is the geographical location where you created this account (state/city and country)?
  14. Have you ever logged in from outside your country (usual location where you log in)?

Wow. I’ve been playing online for more than two decades and I’ve never seen anything remotely resembling this

Shouid bring Optional over here for book issues.

He is really good at this.
They should give the job to me and tell me what the protocol is. I would get shit done for them. Also, my communication to the players I would be on top of it. I have a natural desire on trying to help players get paid or find out if they’re frauds.

He may very well be - but sucks at moderator on a gambling forum. The sole reason I am here and no longer over there was being told I was not welcome to post there by Optional. I don’t believe I am the only one who has had conflicts with him either.

I filed a complaint and I’ve yet to hear anyone get back to me

Doubtful you ever will - based on recollection the folks at BMR are not exactly on good terms with YouWager. Your best option would be getting your evidence together and contacting OSGA.

Of course you could provide any evidence you have here on the forum - so far your story has made ZERO sense to me - but that’s just me. Keep in mind - you’ll have to do more in a complaint than say “I got ripped off” - e-mails / screenshots will be key. You alleged they owed you something like 20k - withheld 3k from a chargeback at another book and agreed to pay less the 3k - a copy of that email would be very useful proof. A screenshot of your 20k balance even would be useful as book said it was 3k. Your rebuttals have been more in the line of defenses “the book didn’t have tight controls in allowing multiple accounts” - which may very well be correct but don’t prove anything to the fact they allege you created multiple accounts.

Book is reasonably allowed to deal with crooks as they see fit. Long held legal principle under the doctrine of clean hands. All they need to prove is you knowingly created multiple accounts to abuse bonuses - the fact they failed to catch it for 3 years doesn’t excuse them from catching your theft THIS time and dealing with it. Burden of proof on your end is fairly easy bar to substantiate and could be done by showing the communication you alleged existed from the start.

Reported a complaint with BAS. Lou had reached out, but haven’t been able to get in contact. Any luck?
What is your issue with them if you don’t mind me asking ?
Agree I’d like to know your issue

BAS has been top notch for me for years. Have paid large sums and fast

I had never had an issue with them myself until this bet. I placed probably what I’d call 3x my normal wager on a first half under(live). All of a sudden I’m looking at my pending wagers and it’s showing O24.5. I spoke with them and they tell me the only way it might have happened was if the system was making a line change. I specifically selected U24.5, Lou was reaching out to see what specific actions they took to look into it. Never had an issue of over thousands of live bets there
