To give some context,
I was able to withdraw multiple times a few months back between December 2023 - April 2024 ($10,000 - $30,000 at a time) without any issue through bitcoin. This was during a period when I had crazy loosing streaks which my account was granted Diamond status, I believe I was negative for almost $40,000 in profit at one point. Fast forward today and I have gotten pretty lucky with MLB and they decided to remove my Diamond status and when I requested to withdraw $12,918.00 from them they told me to email kyc@bookmaker.eu for security measures, which I thought was fair since it has been a while since I last withdrew any money. But I am experiencing similar issues that other users have reported about Bookmaker using KYC in the past to withhold withdrawals after sending required documents, its been almost a week now and I have not yet received my withdraw requested and whenever I reach out to customer service they give me the same automated response, I even asked if my account was in good standing to which I was told it was but I just wasn't qualified for anymore promotions/bonuses (I am still betting everyday as I am a degen lol). Is anyone else experiencing this issue recently when trying to withdraw from Bookmaker? and no I don't have any rollover requirements, I completed it a few weeks ago (20% Cash Bonus 5xRO [Deposit + Bonus]).

  • Can anyone in the industry reach out to Bullsbet.io on my behalf? I’m even willing to pay a success fee if it leads to my payout.

  • This is incredibly frustrating after years of loyalty to online casinos. Any advice or moral support would be greatly appreciated. And beware of Bullsbet.io if you’re thinking of playing there!
