@BMR Genie can we get some clarification on what is going on right now? I know there was a backlog of disputes because Matt is no longer in that role. Is that backlog being worked through? Are you guys still looking to replace Matt and until then things are on hold? I know I sent an email about 2 weeks ago to disputes as asked to in this forum when Matt left, and have not heard back from that, or been updated on my case. Im sure things are chaotic, but silence is always deafening. Any response even if its "sorry you guys will need to wait a few weeks while we get this sorted" is better than wondering and guessing on our ends. Thank you.
