Probably not. I'm not worried about itWell, if it does, it means you lost fat.
Don't just lose fat, gain muscle along the way. You can focus less on overall weight and more on losing fat and gaining muscle. If you workout, you can change your metabolism.
It's not like you're 400 pounds, so don't worry about any extra skin, etc. Probably doesn't really apply to you.

I got my older smart scale reconnected and used it to weight in today. Going DOWNsince last weight in

I never had much muscle to begin withif that original scale is the same. we need to face the fact that bobby lost a lot of muscle over the past 3 years and replace it with fat

The cheat days are what's going to kill him. They'll come more and more frequent and pretty soon, the diet is over. Lets avoid that Bobby.
