And when should I be weighing guys? I feel like I need to do it everyday but I think once a week would be sufficient
Once a week body weight fluctuates every day, don’t play mind games with your progress.

Ok I finally caught up with the thread and took notes.

I’m going to do the following and only the following for the next two months. Nothing more, nothing less:


Drink more diet soda

Eat carrots in ranch dressing

Walk to get mail

Do steroids (winstrol)

Eat cinnamon

Pills

Drink a gatorade

Eat peanut butter

Use ruck pack (sex toy)

Take huge shit before using scale

I agree.. once a week is fine.

With that diet, let us know when get below 130 lbs. I'm guessing it should be around Oct 13th.

*I'm now a believer in eating Cucumbers daily.

Chucky, are cucumbers a good substitution for the ruck pack?
I think one can do BOTH.

*Saw a video from a Doctor. Cucumber is a great natural food to regulate your body. Love the Cucumbers, no lie.

I'm not familiar with the Ruck Pack. But I assume it's just about weight-resistance. I have used a Weighted Vest in the past.
...Think about wearing a five-pound weighted vest during your cardio.
...It will produce significant benefits.

why dont you combine two current interests.

gambling and dropping some L B's

put some skin in the game to lose some fat . and add motivation and accountability.

You know me and LV Herbie have tossed around the idea of doing a weight loss bet but never really ironed anything out. This might be something to look into. Thanks!
