You seem to indulge in a lot of "good eats", how do you manage to keep your weight under control Diggers ? Or are you falling off the wagon. I would assume you have some kind of system.
I haven’t been very physical since injuring my shoulder a few months back. I was lifting and playing raquetball and pickle ball every now and then.

Now I’m a lazy fuk. I take my dog for walks.

@BobbyFK name 3 things you've done since, you started this thread, that you can honestly say was an effort towards the goal in this thread.

List as many as you can, if there aren't 3 then list what there are.

Been in the gym constantly for about 6 weeks now. Started raising weights and feeling pretty good, and much stronger, than before.

If @BobbyFK could muster enough to even get 1/10th of the feel of getting in shape he might keep it up.

Thread title: weight loss journey

First post: Trying to get healthier boys. Accountable is important!

But let’s see how you reply to KVB. Maybe I’m wrong?

The accountability is there because he keeps updating the thread. The getting healthier part is a total sham on his part though.

Bobby, have you thought about going the keto diet route (under 50 g carbs per day)? I'm down 10 pounds in 6 weeks. That may not sound like a lot but I'm losing weight every week.

I also cook a lot at home since fast food has so many carbs in it. I cook pizza with keto flour. It has something like 9 g carbs but 8 grams of psyllium husk fiber so it keeps me regular. I also buy keto bread and the pizza and bread taste pretty good.

I've recently found out you can have 90% cocoa chocolate. I've also found out that blackberries and raspberries have a lot of fiber in them so my blood sugar is normal 2 hours after eating them.

This way I don't feel I'm missing out by skipping sweets. I'm not a big sweets guy but this way I have smaller portions in my meal tricking my sub-conscious knowing that I will have more food when I have dessert.

You know I have not thought of the keto diet but I know of people that have went on it and seem to have found success. I'll look into it. Thanks
