I want to lose some weight first and once I feel lighter, that's the time I want to hit the gym.
How about hitting the gym sooner and then when you "feel lighter" and it's time to work out more, you will already be in some sort of gym shape.
Right?
lol Genie, but seriously, why put off going to the gym if you're planning on eventually going anyway?
I'm only in my second week of dedicated daily gym action and I already have more energy and feel stronger and overall feel great. A few weeks into it and I'm bound to feel really, really good.
No more excuses, rationalizations, and procrastinations,

@BobbyFK and everyone else who is otherwise healthy, capable, and not injured and wants to get it in.
Now is as good a time as any to start getting it in and getting in the habit of getting it in is the next step after starting to get it in.
