i just sent a complaint right now to the BMR for i am also facing the same issue
i submitted my documents for review for weeks now and they still keep telling me the same thing that its still under review
i do hope my issue is resolved as soon as possible

its been 2 days now and i still havent goten any response from the team

We have multiple complaints on foot right now where Marathonbet is simply asking people to wait for verification for weeks.

We have been trying to engage with both Marathonbet and their parent company to no avail thus far. They simply ask BMR to wait for a response the same as players are getting.

Your account will be added to the list we are advocating for as soon as they engage.

I am having the same issue as well. I won around USD 9500 and asked for withdrawal on17jun . The next day I immediately received a email that they need to verify my account and asked me to send my ID and address proof to them for verification ( which I believe I already send those during account opening around a year ago). Anyways, I have sent the team all the documents they required. however when I try to ask the customer support, they just keep asking me to wait, and I really need those money for some urgent personal expenses settlement. I have already filled a complaint 06/19/2022 - 10:57:28pm EST, appreciated if your team could assist me with this, thanks

Good morning, I am having same issues with Marathonbet. Last week, I filled out the dispute form via the link you sent in and I forwarded all conversation between myself and the Marathonbet team to the stipulated email but I didn't receive any confirmation of receipt of my complaint.
I sent the emails using my registrated email kiyesolat@gmail.com. kindly help.

Bro, gradually start forgetting about the money. They won't pay you even BMR Dispute Resolution service can't help. My 2000USD money have been THERE FOR 55 DAYS UNDER VERIFICATION

We have many Marathonbet complaint cases open with similar slow verification issues as you are experiencing.

BMR have tried all angles we know of to establish a dialogue with Marathonbet and their parent company Panserve but are not getting any meaningful help or answers.

We will continue to try to engage but at this moment I doubt that is going to happen.
