I am having the same issue as well. I won around USD 9500 and asked for withdrawal on17jun . The next day I immediately received a email that they need to verify my account and asked me to send my ID and address proof to them for verification ( which I believe I already send those during account opening around a year ago). Anyways, I have sent the team all the documents they required. however when I try to ask the customer support, they just keep asking me to wait, and I really need those money for some urgent personal expenses settlement. I have already filled a complaint 06/19/2022 - 10:57:28pm EST, appreciated if your team could assist me with this, thanks
