Why would there be a guarantee? If you have been unsuccessful on your own with customer service than just fill out the form and someone from BMR will be in touch with you to look into it further. Some of these books take days and some have complaints of weeks and months. Just give the book the info they want and don't act erratically. You never want to make matters worse.

You should always play with a to rated books as well.

I have filed a complaint. Please BMR help me to intervene so as Marathonbet can look into my ID verification. As quick as. Am a mother of 6, i try to withdraw my part of my funds so as to cater for food for my children and am not aware that only winnings are now allowed to be withdrawn out, so they returned the money back and also email me to submit documents, which i have done immediately on the site. But till now no responce again from them. Please help me BMR. Thanks and God bless

Hi guys, I am facing the same issue. It has been 20 days since my verification process started and Marathon keeps coming back with Please be patient. I have a ton of money there and they have obviously blocked my withdrawals. I submitted 7 documents in their second time of asking for verification

Can anyone suggest what I could do?
Did you later get any response from them or they can’t open it anymore

I sent them my Valid ID card and give them explanations on why i wanted to withdraw my money, which they claimed that part of my unwagered funds are in the withdrawal amount. So the next day i sent them complaint email to the support team, that they should attend to my Verification and that am a bread winner in my home, as i feed my childrens from the funds. So the next day (day 3) i received a mail that my ID has been verified and my account full access is back. Thats it.
