verifying marathonbet account for more than 15 days and no respond

They asked me for documents a little while ago. Honestly, as I read the comments, a sense of pessimism settled within me. Should I wait a bit, or should I fill out the complaint form right away?

I have more than 20 days and I have been sending all the documents to verify my account to their hands, and every time they tell me to send other documents, the last time they sent them, they told me to send us a picture of you holding a piece of paper with numbers written on it, and they did not investigate. I am tired of them. Finally, they stopped my account from depositing and withdrawing and sent a message. They told me Your account is closed until verification. Please do you have a solution to this problem? Thank you

I wish i saw these posts earlier. My account has been blocked for the so called review since like 17days ago. I submitted my ID card and there has been no response since. I also filled the dispute form provided by BMR but yet to get a response

wow, sorry to hear this. PLease anyone here that can help us intervene from BMR or anywhere we can report this case should kindly help. Personally, i filled out the complaint form along side sending an email forwarding all conversations i had with marathonbet but no response from BMR. Is this place not functioning anymore?
