No sources ever mentioned the exact NIL $ involved. All unclear.
Looks like he was already approach by other schools.
Sounds like the school did a bait and switch on the guy.
Another legal case is coming for UNLV.
So he basically just admitted to breaking the NIL rules and dealing with shadow money while deciding where to attend.
I don't blame the athletes here, though they should be punished, I blame the boosters and hidden money that is offering deals to players to come to their school.
They're not supposed to be enticed with NIL money during recruiting, that money is for AFTER they sign.
Huge problem in NCAA NIL action with this.
And it sure looks like he admits to it...
That's an admission to breaking the rules and both the school booster or shady alums who offered a deal prior to enrollment should be punished with NO CONTACT with UNLV Athletics for many years.
The player should be declared ineligble to play college sports FOR LIFE...send a much needed message.
Or, congress needs to step in and legislate this shit for real.

Thread title says NIL dispute but he doesn't specfically mention NIL promises in the tweet.
What were the representations that were made to him in order to commit? Were they NIL realted?
If so, then the shit should hit the fan.
