The gun jamming part through me off too but, he did resolve it (twice) quickly and kept firing. He knew how to handle it so he's had experience with it.

Are silencers even legal? Can you buy them? That is a huge flag for me and makes me think its someone hired.

He was so calm the entire time. No rush. Wasn't worried about the witness. Everything seemed like someone who's done this before.
I thought I read you can make homemade silencers
The thing he had was untraceable

“What are the chances Nancy Pelosi purchased $250,000 of Palo Alto Networks on the same day there was a cybersecurity breach at United Healthcare?

Then she makes big money when that is one of the companies tasked with investigating what happened.

Then the person who would be able to expose her likely criminal activity was assassinated outside his hotel today. What a coincidence! Right before the Trump DOJ would have a chance to investigate everything.”

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Those who use Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance will likely soon have to pay out of pocket for anesthesia services, should their surgeries fall outside a specific time limit. This applies to patients in New York State, Missouri and Connecticut.

Officials with BCBS announced that this would begin with claims processed on or after Feb. 1, 2025. According to BCBS, “We will utilize the CMS Physician Work Time values to target the number of minutes reported for anesthesia services.” Any surgery that goes beyond the set limit, will no longer be covered.

Silencers are not legal anywhere in the USA - but then again most weapons are illegal in NYC.

Yes - you can build one yourself. Would need to be a competent gunsmith to do it - not so simple to just watch a video. But then again - engraving a shell isn’t exactly simple either.

Case has a lot of contradictory things to me - use a silencer - but being so casual about leaving and well thought out. Tells me shooter had prepared for
all scenarios including need to shoot indoors. The engraved casings may be a simple red herring to make the motive look like pissed off patient/family member. Using a 9mm again seems a tad amateurish - but no doubt gunman was well prepared. Then letting yourself be seen as Starbucks buying the water - unlikely move by a pro - but again who cares if your sending a message to those who matter - it would NEVER be released to media by authorities this guy was a pro.

Either they were a VERY well prepared person with a vendetta who has held a grudge for more than a few months and had the skill set - or a pro whose toying with everyone. Dude is on a uni-bomber level of intelligence either way.

Since I’ve had the insurance for years and know how bad it is as soon as I heard the story, the first thing I thought about was some disgruntled customers/patients doing it as revenge

But then I saw it goes much deeper than that
