Yes, -105 is huge for me. I never bet more than $50 or $75 a bet but I've been known to place 20-30 bets on a single NFL Sunday. There'll be some affiliate comm for sure

my experience I had to deposit again and lose the balance. If you withdraw and in plus, no bonus

Same - I was on the “rebate” program - cashed and the reupped later and lost. Still have to make up what was lost before any bonus applied.

It’s possible if your there long enough and leave long enough without playing that they “might” make an exception to policy - but in general books only cater to proven profitable (read - losing) clients.

Just receive my first payout from these guys. Put in request yesterday afternoon and it came this afternoon, just under 24 hrs. I did make the mistake another poster mentioned in using an address that had been used before, but sent them a new one immediately and everything went smooth. Great choice for reduced juice.

Yes they provided a make up figure - basically deposit and lose to get back to even - then they could change programs.
