[RESOLVED] Jazz Casino locked my account out of nowhere- need help and advice.

This just happened to me yesterday. I will be creating a new thread since it seems Jazz decided to do this to multiple people again.

What was there explanation for doing that? I’m still waiting and arguing my case. Finally got someone that’s not a freaking idiot to actually converse with “Human” and gave me a phone number to call. So fingers crossed!! Hopefully today I hear something.

I talked to them today. they said its a routine check. I could understand them double-checking. I have nothing to hide. I've lost 1000s to them over the years. been playing since late 2021/ Early 2022.
This is honestly the only place I play. never had a problem with payouts before.

said everything should be squared away by the end of the day.

I also see their withdrawal limits are 5K weekly and 20K per month.
So it's not like I could withdraw all of it. I'm sure ill lose a good chunk of it just re-betting but thats the thrill of gambling.

Now many delays with Jazz withdrawals. Used to take 24 hours now taking many days in addition to these account freezes.

Too many red flags for me. Next steps when you hear about things like this is oftentimes outright stiffs

How long was it disabled for? They told me 24 hours but i still cant get in. Ill give them another 24 before calling again

LOL, How can anyone determine if this is a great offer without knowing the terms? and trying to get $100 deposits for a casino bonus offer is far from grasping at straws. Haven't used these guys in well over a year, but had no issues getting paid when I did. If they were in some sort of trouble not really sure how getting a bunch of $100 deposits helps, just saying.

YES ! They said I am actually in the negative $1100. He said they were paying me double on my wins and were not subtracting my losses. Which is a lie. I played 3 different days. I won all days . I left and came back, left and came back, left and came back
Not to mention I was winning alot of side bet (perfect pair & 21+3) running 3 hands at a time
