[RESOLVED] Jazz Casino locked my account out of nowhere- need help and advice.

Interesting I never even used that site. Always used jazzsports. Same thing though. I tried to do that before from the website but needed to be logged in lol, which I sure can’t do

I just talked to my guy Ricky via chat and asked him about that dispute thing. He said everything running through Phil right now as head of security, Ricky didn’t seem very optimistic either

Lol head of security that guy was so unprofessional and unethical. This is a terrible PR move for them trying to intimate, scare played and steal 106 players funds! Their reputation is done

Thanks Brad, appreciate you standing up to them for us. We aren’t using any software, our strategy we told them was we bet more when we lose and hope to hit big or hit a bonus. That’s all luck and part of playing. I really can’t believe the approach they took to call us aggressively and accuse us of cheating, threatening to close our accounts completely and confiscate our funds. Can’t wait for more folks to roll in that have been experiencing issues. Should be 104 more by the time Phil is done yelling at them

I sure hope so, I feel like with the way their terms and conditions read that they could just close our account for no reason at all. I mean they are approaching this situation like scumbags running a scam casino. Which is really surprising because I was actually having a good experience before this happened. It happened so fast and it’s so confusing. Are they really that broke and hurting for money they started going after a few people that were actually winning

Yeah I was thinking Phil might get compensated on net flows to the casino and he’s about to get fired after taking a bath in October so he’s all fired up. Forgot to tell his staff to turn off the free spins on all the games

If he tries to hold your money due to cheating casino software, we will approach the software maker/s and ask them what they think about Jazz claiming their software is insecure and can be cheated

If he calls again I'm just going to ask him to send an email of his findings, what the issue is and we can use that to contact the software makers. Sounds good, I tired too ask him yesterday what “irregularities” he’s referring to and if he could expand on that and he replied with “what software are you using!!!!”

I believe the most I won was on Jungle Stripes (betsoft), then Buffalo (hold and win) - (Booming Games), then Witches Wild Brew (Booming Games), Dragon Chest (Booming Games). But additionally I played a ton of other Betsoft games, like over a dozen and other BGaming games (fire lightning, platinum lightning). Keep in mind I would have crazy swings in those games, like go up a little, go down an insane amount and then sometimes hit it big on a bonus. They had no problem with me losing and re depositing. I wish I had more info - I still can't access my account

Hey Brad, I just remembered 2 others that were bet soft games, quest for the west and chilli pop

I also remember I hit for like 15 on either bet soft- gold diggin or nucleus- there’s gold yonder
Betsoft and nucleus have the same exact games with different names

Same thing happened to me. Been playing for 3 months, mostly losing, hit a big winner the other day and then was betting $100 per spin and hit again. Now they got the account locked, called me today calling me a cheater saying I somehow rigged the game. Not to mention I hit a parlay for 8k, don’t know how I rigged college football. But yeah this has gotten really bad now, they won’t respond to my emails or call me back
