Hey Brad, I just remembered 2 others that were bet soft games, quest for the west and chilli pop

I also remember I hit for like 15 on either bet soft- gold diggin or nucleus- there’s gold yonder
Betsoft and nucleus have the same exact games with different names

I also want to add in I forgot I won on Primal Hunt, well I think I won overall, both winning an losing sessions

You both sound like you are playing enough varied stuff to not be seriously looked as cheating. unless there is some way to cheat casino games I have not heard of.

Had an issue with jazz casino previously over some big casino wins. Was worried how it would all shake out. Was told they had to do an audit which was ok. Finally heard back and everything got cleared and good to go. I understand now in their business things take time but I'm glad jazz made everything right and hooked me up. Okay. You understand why it looks odd, right? No posts like this about Jazz in many months across multiple sports betting discussion forums, and then suddenly two identical stories within hours of each other. It definitely feels like players are being instructed to kiss their ass.

Players should not be forced to praise a sportsbook in exchange for that sportsbook simply doing its job and paying out players who commit the ultimate sin of winning at their games of chance.

I don't know about anyone else, but for me personally, these fake testimonials are backfiring on Jazz. I never had any negative thoughts about Jazz sportsbook before today . This is making me wonder what the hell is going on over there.

Same here man I was up and down on games all over the place, must have been 10 games across 2 or 3 providers, went up and down so much between them but hit big. Same thing with me losing all of it and redepositing, they had no problem with that. How are we cheating or using a software to win? They are just making up stuff and yeah that security guy was super hostile and was threatening me the whole time too. Not going to be good publicity for them. I only read good things about them, recommended them to my friends too, what a mistake. What really surprises me is how they are approaching this situation and the fact no one else in support is responding to me or will pretty much hang up when I call in.

It's like they're just too focused on trying to find ways to make money from us rather than actually trying to give us an enjoyable experience. It's really a shame, as I've always heard good things about them and I was recommending them to my friends too.

Omfg!! I’m on the same freaking boat as you are Mika… I won about 30k+ and requested a payout after the Bonus release. Got an email next morning saying that my account is under investigation and they will come soon. It’s been a week and I have to constantly chat with different agents explaining my situation. Same old story or script they are reading to me, please contact a manager next day and next day and so on. Going to try again tomorrow, and if that doesn’t work… they’re going to get exposed by any means necessary or possible. Please keep me informed about your situation too.
