I went to log into my account last night at https://jazzcasino.com/ and it said invalid username/password. I reached out to support and they said they would have someone from the security team call me. They called me and said they were looking into a number of accounts due to potential issues with casino games. The person in the chat said it was a routine check and the person on the security team said they would let me know when it was resolved and had casino experts looking into the gameplay. I've been playing there for a couple of months, winning and losing in the casino and sportsbook. But I am up a decent amount overall in Casino, the games fluctuated a lot but I ended up on top. They were paying me out daily no problem and then all of a sudden cut me off.
I'm not sure what to do next and wondering if this is happening to anyone else or have a similar situation and advice. I haven't submitted an official complaint form on here or SBR since I'm awaiting there response.
