I’d probably do opioids instead which obviously is far worse for you. I wouldn’t slam it though just orally.

Micro dose ketamine. It’s highly recommended. If you are new to it or scared you can do it under a doctor’s supervision but it’s not needed. Only if it makes you feel more comfortable. Make sure if you do it outside of a medical facility just have it tested and make sure it’s good stuff. Never met a person who doesn’t like it.

MDMA but it’s not good for micro dosing and if you are new to it. I recommend Ketamine instead but both are good and will help you.

Yes, I remember I had this moment during my younger yrs, Tank.. but it changed as I grew old. Instead of stress eating, I can't eat, my body won't accept food, and lose weight.

Anyone use sex to overcome your lowest point?

I tried convincing my wife it was scientifically proven effective.
Unfortunately, she stopped believing I was depressed after a week because I was always smiling.
Haha, the best stress reliever... but shhh.. JJ will not be able to relate.

I've never heard of that but exercising always works for me. I have been walking 2 to 3 times a week for the past 35 years. I usually get in a good mood when I do.

The body releases endorphins during exercise which are "feel good" chemicals. Plus, the exercise helps your muscles relax and you get toned up.
