I've never heard of that but exercising always works for me. I have been walking 2 to 3 times a week for the past 35 years. I usually get in a good mood when I do.
The body releases endorphins during exercise which are "feel good" chemicals. Plus, the exercise helps your muscles relax and you get toned up.
