Were these photos from the bash? I cannot remember him posting photos with his face here on BMR.

You sound very knowledgeable about losing weight. A lot of peop aren't.

Many don't realize, your weight is more dependent upon what you put in your pie-hole and less dependent upon how much you work out. People still need to work out but, when people get started on their weight loss, they think, I'll walk 3 miles/day and lose weight. It could happen. But, unless you change your diet you're likely not to be successful.

Think about this.
➡️3 mph walk in 1 hr for 180 lb person = ~245 calories burned.
➡️1 glazed donut 300 calories.

What you eat is important. Physical activity makes you healthier so do both.

Long walks and relaxing baths :) They really help clear my mind. I used to smoke, but I quit and now use VIHO Supercharge instead, which feels like a better choice for me. Taking time for self-care and finding healthier habits have made a big difference. Be kind to yourself. Baby steps :)
