I have definitely implemented a lot of those ways you listed plus many more to my 16 year old son. He’s going to be much more successful and wealthier than his father. I’ll tell you that much it’s a lock.

Buy more property even if the financials make you uncomfortable.
Start your own business and don't work for other people.
Be happy with what you already have - gratitude is the key to maintaining an abundant mindset.
I think it was the Dalai Lama who said "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible." I don't do that as much as I would like, but I try to remind myself every day.
