That's the short list Tanko! A young me could have used a lot of good advice.Awesome list.
I have definitely implemented a lot of those ways you listed plus many more to my 16 year old son. He’s going to be much more successful and wealthier than his father. I’ll tell you that much it’s a lock. That's the short list Tanko! A young me could have used a lot of good advice.
What is interesting, would that first 5 have been the same answer 10 years ago, and will it be the same in 10 more
It probably would be for me
Real talk …I've said it before but it is so true:
No matter how big and how bad you think you are there is someone out there that is bigger and badder and they are just waiting for you to make a mistake
this1)Spend more time with family, so you don't regret it later
You know they say, if you’re bi-lingual. You will make more money in your lifetime. That narrative has definitely come to life for you it seems, because of the lifestyle that you share to the forum.just 2 JDS

I'd say money can help but by itself can not there's other pieces to the puzzleMoney does buy hahappiness.
Yea we all have regrets guy look at the permanent archive left up on the forum from a week ago.you understand how fucked up we were? Embarrassing all we can do is learn from it and progress whenever possible. Live and learni have regrets, but fukk it, can't change the past
grow, learn, be better than yesterday's version of yourself
These are real values taught on the streets of DP.I don't really consider myself older lol but if I were to meet myself in the past and gave any advice, it would be:
Buy more property even if the financials make you uncomfortable.
Start your own business and don't work for other people.
Be happy with what you already have - gratitude is the key to maintaining an abundant mindset.
I think it was the Dalai Lama who said "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible." I don't do that as much as I would like, but I try to remind myself every day.
