I don't think BMR is going to be able to do anything for you, so I'd be patient and hope for the best but assume the worst. I would probably only 'buy' your 10k for a few hundred dollars.

SBR had clout but was biased. At least BMR is unbiased.

Yes I'm not optimistic on receiving any money. I see that BMR is still promoting NitrogenSports as a B+ rated book. Their review of the sportsbook is very glowing, considering the amount of stories of players like myself having their funds seized. I was very shocked by this.

Unbelievable, this is insane. "Given that you have already taken out funds in the amount of your total deposits, plus an additional profit, we will not allow any further withdrawals and winnings will be seized". So basically they are saying that if somebody made a profit (by playing honestly it should be added) then they can just literally steal your balanace at any point they want. "you lose we get your money, you win we steal your money".

Thanks for sharing this shocking story. I thought about depositing at Nitrogen recently but wasn't really sure enough if I can trust them....probably not the best option then....

Unless you want to make every straight bet a 2 team parlay adding the selection "Will I get paid? - Yes @-110". I wouldn't advise it.

I am sure you know enough to understand that they very likely think your "partner" is really you or working as part of a syndicate.

You are not helping and making him look worse.

BTW, Oliver replied that he did not wish to participate in the mediation process any further as he said he has done all that can be done already. I asked that he please continue and he stopped replying.
