It is a shame Justin had to get involved and make this a cluster fvck. As big gambler, I have been watching this thread and I will never send that company a dime. A freeroll is a freeroll and terrible look for ALL offshore books. If you are going to take the deposits and the action, then pay out the winners. Clearly multi-accounting with this account from an outsider but does not take away that the fvcking book freerolled them.

There was no multi-accounting (or the other party fouls suggested where Nitro offered no evidence). This is probably a situation where someone at Nitro made a brash decision earlier and dug their heels in. They couldn't make sense of what happened (the player math got a lot better over time). They saw a pattern they hadn't seen in the past, and reacted poorly. I wish we could have evidence on their claims.

As far as my involvement, I said at the beginning I'm a partner with Oli. I didn't notice a T&C against this; the account was his and I never played there. I'm simply much more active in the forums than he is.

Oli, given how poorly Elihu handled this I think he should eat the entire 10k loss in your partnership. I am 90% sure without his involvement you would have been paid.

In the end, Nitro made up the "law" about Costa Rica. They lied to the player and BMR. They have the money, and there's no other claim that any of their rules were broken - just the debunked law.

BMR says "case closed", and continues to promote Nitro.

While I agree that having Oli and Elihu arguing this case together probably didn't help their chances of getting paid, Nitrogen still shouldn't have confiscated the funds. Nitrogen should not be trusted unless they make this right.
