Friday normally less crowded. we can get more done. return road to 555 deadlift continues
Try not taking a normal deadlift off the floor for six months. Do heavy farmer walks, medium weight low volume but high velocity KB swings, and some jumping. The deadlift off the floor is a tremendous tester exercise but not a great builder. Good luck 👍

just did some sleds and experimented with land mine rotational moves supersetted with hanging leg raises and chit chatted with bunnies .

Ephedra? You must have been amped up for the lifts. GL sleeping tonight.

You're inspiring me to head to the gym now. Just core and cardio... gotta get my wind back.
