Yeah I do the 16 off 8 on method, sometimes I go longer. I just break my fast with the wrong foods most times, so it’s a big fucking waste of time lol.
I've been doing about 20-21 fasting and just pig out for 3-4 hours for a few months now.

I just make sure to start the eating with some nuts, prepare my leafy greens, broc, veggies type concoction have that. then eat small portions of anything I want and I have been feeling great

Yeah I’m definitely eating more protein & fiber everyday & try & drink tons of water. The still binge on bad food as well mixed in with all that.
